Refunds & Cancellation

This policy outlines how cancellations and refund requests are handled for all bookings made with Lunari Concierge Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. General Policy
All bookings are considered confirmed once payment has been received and/or a signed agreement has been accepted. As we work with third-party suppliers (venues, hospitality providers, and event operators), all cancellations and refund requests are subject to the terms of the relevant supplier.
2. Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to bookings@lunariconcierge.com.

We will make every effort to assist with cancellations, but refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation.

In many cases, bookings are non-refundable due to the nature of the events and third-party provider rules.

If a refund is possible, we will deduct any unrecoverable supplier or admin fees from the refund amount.
3. Cancellations by the Supplier or Venue
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed by the supplier or venue:

We will notify you as soon as possible.

Refunds or alternative options will be provided in line with the supplier’s policy.

Lunari Concierge Ltd is not liable for changes or cancellations initiated by third-party providers.
4. Refunds

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 working days.

We do not issue cash refunds.

Where a full refund is not possible, a credit note or alternative event offer may be provided.
5. No-Shows & Late Attendance
No refund or credit will be issued in cases where:

You or your guests fail to attend an event

You are late and miss part or all of the event

Entry is refused due to dress code, behaviour, or failure to follow event rules
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Strikes
-
Travel disruption
-
Venue closures
-
Public health emergencies
-
Government-imposed restrictions
In such cases, we will do our best to work with suppliers to find a reasonable resolution.
